While his services include the treatment of eye disease and wellness examinations for adults and children, Dr. Brinegar's main interests are specialty contact lens designs for astigmatism and presbyopia, treatment for dry eyes and glaucoma management.

Life long Monroe County resident and graduate of Indiana University with a BA in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Lori has served as the Office Manager and Insurance Specialist for over 20 years.
